Room type matters
Offices, sanitary areas, kitchenettes, corridors, stairs, treatment rooms and glass surfaces have different productivity characteristics.
CalcPura does not claim that one universal cleaning speed applies to every property. The model separates externally published benchmark data from configurable assumptions and tenant observations.
Offices, sanitary areas, kitchenettes, corridors, stairs, treatment rooms and glass surfaces have different productivity characteristics.
Room equipment, occupied surfaces and obstacles affect effective productivity. CalcPura therefore models furnishing and kitchen complexity separately instead of treating every square metre equally.
If a benchmark already includes a task bundle, the same task should not be added again as a separate unit allowance.
Repeated object-specific time measurements are used to compare estimates with actual work and refine coefficients.
A numeric range or method published by an external industry source.
A practical starting value used for the v1/v3 model until enough representative job data exists.
A value measured from completed jobs using a consistent scope and timing method.
A benchmark that has been adjusted using a sufficiently representative operational sample.
